I truly believe that just about any one stands to gain something from daily practice of this material. These exercises enhance the whole body, the medium through which we experience and function in the world. Increasing and smoothing circulation of all the fluids, releasing stagnant energy, and balancing all the parts of your body that need to work in harmony, create a better functioning person, which leads to an improvement in any endeavor that person is currently choosing. This is a sample of the people I have personally worked with and helped improve the quality of their day.
AthletesAthletes of all varieties have one thing in common, they use their bodies. These arts have been helping people gain a better use of their bodies for centuries. From a better golf swing to being able keep up on the basketball court, better timing, more power, and increased awareness all benefits the athlete, what ever their chosen sport.

Parents and Expecting MothersWhile one of the most exciting times in a couples life, my own experience tells me it is not the least stressful. A daily practice of this material can give both parents a balanced and centered calm that can help throughout the whole pregnancy. Also the increased relaxation helps weather those emotional storms that can come with the process, for all those involved.

Manual TherapistsTherapists have used these exercises for centuries to not only release the stresses of the day, but also to increase their energy reserves. These arts can also develop incredible sensitivity that improves any individual modality.

Martial ArtistsMartial artists, regardless of any particular style, can benefit immensely. The injury recovery and sensitivity alone is worth the effort, but it is the mental clarity developed that helps someone remain calm during even the most confrontational situations.

Specific Health Issues
I am currently looking for groups of people with a specific health issue or challenges, in particular Diabetes, Arthritis, or Chronic Pain. While not a cure all by any means, these exercises help raise the body's abilities on several levels, and can improve most conditions or at least increase your ability to deal with the challenges being faced.
